Rinse the face with water or lukewarm water. Dispense an adequate amount (about 1 cm) onto your wet hands and work into a lather. Apply the foam to your chin, cheeks, nose and forehead. Starting from the lower part of the face, work your way up in large circular motions. Use a gentle touch as if you are rolling the foam over your face to clean the skin. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water while moving both hands in a heart-shaped motion from the tip of your chin to your forehead.
